Okto Pulse is released under the Elastic License 2.0. You can self-host, modify, and embed it in your own products — commercial use is allowed.

Okto Neuron is released under the same Elastic License 2.0 from version 0.3.0. Earlier releases, published under the working name Marginalia (up to 0.2.0), remain under the Apache License 2.0 they shipped with.

What you can do

Self-host on your own infrastructure
Modify the source and ship the modified version
Use commercially in your organization
Redistribute the source code
Embed in your own products (within license scope)
Inspect, audit, and fork the code

What you cannot do

Offer Pulse as a managed SaaS to third parties
Circumvent license-key or feature-gate functionality
Remove or obscure copyright or license notices
Use OktoLabs trademarks without permission
